Job Description
The Attractions Manager is responsible for the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the Attractions areas of operations, including hiring, training, supervising, and directing team members, as well as developing business plans and ensuring compliance with laws and industry standards.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in attractions management or a related field
- Ability to direct and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work with vendors and outside contractors
- Excellent customer service skills
