Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including employee management, customer service, and sales optimization. This is a development role aspiring to become a Retail Store Manager, requiring the candidate to help with team building and achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and retaining store employees.
• Assist in managing and developing store employees for optimal performance in sales and store operations.
• Assist in developing teams selling skills.
• Ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, monitoring expenses, executing promotional strategies and scheduling of employees.
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
