As a Store Team Lead at Wild Fork, you will oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure store objectives are met. You will also provide a personal chef and friendly butcher experience to all guests.
Requirements
- Assist the Sr. Sales Leader in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Organize the schedule for new hires
- Conduct on-the-job training for new hires
- Lead continuous training programs
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
- Conduct ongoing performance reviews
- Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Analyze consumer behavior and propose product positioning
- Handle complaints from customers
- Research emerging products and update the store's merchandise
- Create reports and analyze retail data
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines
- Act as the store's representative and set an example for staff
- Execute other related duties as assigned
