Requirements
- Support a common set of best practices, principles, and project documentation templates for managing projects
- Track and report on projects
- Oversee an allocated project from start to finish
- Plan the project, engineering feasibility assessment, create a schedule and timeline
- Manage the budget, serve as the liaison among all stakeholders, troubleshoot and maintain
- Govern, effective performance, project management and detailed reporting of associated activities and progress
