The Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individual to join their team as a Shuttle Dispatch. The role is responsible for dispatching resort shuttles and transporters to various pick-up locations. Employees have access to great benefits and amenities.

Requirements

• Monitor shuttle routes for guest satisfaction.
• Operate and communicate effectively using a 2-way radio system.
• Possess strong ability to multitask.
• Ability to pick up/fill vacant shuttle driver shifts if need.
• Strong phone operating skill
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
