Job Description
Assists Bar Manager in the Sports Bar and/or Lobby Bar operations, oversees the room and staff, and ensures high customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Two years' experience as a bartender
- One year of supervisory experience
- High School Diploma or GED or ten years' experience
- Trained and knowledgeable of various liquor recipes
- Dependable work history and flexible schedules
- Excellent interpersonal, guest service, leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Food Handler Certification and an OLCC card
- High-Security Gaming License clearance
