Job Description
Join Wildlife Works as a Project Operations Manager, leading the execution of projects in Brazil, managing field teams, and ensuring timely completion and consistency and quality in execution across projects.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in project operations management in environmental or socio-environmental projects, with field experience
- Experience in leadership and team management in contexts with multiple projects and simultaneous activities
- Knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office package
- Availability to travel frequently to various locations in the country, including remote areas with basic facilities
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, with presence in the São Paulo office for at least three days a week
- Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil
