Gesionnaire de Sinistres

We are looking for a Claims Manager to manage claims files from A to Z, from receipt of declaration to final conclusion. The role involves contact with stakeholders, analysis of coverage and liability, and defending client interests.

Requirements

• Useful degree in Insurance/Law or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of experience in claims management
• Knowledge of AUTO claims and willingness to learn INCENDIE claims
• FSMA attestations (PCP/RDI, Assur Mifid, regular recasting...)
• Knowledge of BRIO and willingness to master it
• Determination to follow internal training program to become AUTO + INCENDIE versatile
• Motivation to invest in a new challenge
• Empathy to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
• Fine negotiation skills, autonomy, and proactivity
• Ability to communicate clearly in French (oral and written)
• Rigor, organization, methodical approach, and priority management
