Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager IARD for our agencies in Namur and Charleroi. As the first point of contact for non-life clients, you will develop the customer portfolio, welcome clients, and establish offers and contracts with insurance companies. You will be the ambassador of Wilink's strategy, mission, and values in the Namur/Hainaut area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in insurance or broker's diploma (IFAPME)
- 3 years of experience in a similar function
- FSMA certifications: PCP Insurance, Anti-money laundering, TwinPeaks/MiFid
- BRIO software proficiency
- Fluent French language skills
