ERP CONSULTANT ENER:GY / KUNDENKOMMUNIKATION & WORKFLOWS (M/W/D)

You will support municipal utilities and energy suppliers in designing and optimizing customer, communication, and workflow processes within our ENER:GY ERP billing solution. Your focus is on clearly modeled processes, clean data understanding, and solutions that work in operational everyday business.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of energy suppliers or municipal utilities
• Fundamental experience in process modeling and thinking through procedures structurally end-to-end
• Practical SQL and data knowledge and understanding relationships between processes and systems
• Good understanding of ERP and IT systems as well as their professional use
• Ability to communicate securely with customers and work structured, independently, and solution-oriented
