Job Description
The Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) for Software & Cloud role requires a lawyer to advise on cloud and software contracts, develop legally secure structures, and act as a legal sparring partner for product units. Responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, supporting new business models, and monitoring legal changes in IT and data protection law.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (m/f/d) or business lawyer (LL.M.) with a focus on IT law, data protection law or contract law.
- Several years of experience in IT contract law, especially in the drafting of SaaS and cloud contracts.
- Sound knowledge of data protection law (GDPR), licensing law and terms and conditions drafting.
- Confident appearance in contract negotiations, as well as experience in the legal support of customer projects.
- Fluent German and English.
