Job Description
Wilkins RV is seeking an experienced Lead RV Technician to join our team, with a focus on diagnosing and repairing complex issues and training less experienced technicians.
Requirements
- 5 years of RV or related technician experience
- RVTI certification level 3 preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, and chassis systems
- Ability to train and mentor less experienced technicians
- Must have own tools
- A team player with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
