Job Description
William Blair is seeking a Research Analyst to join their U.S. Value Equity team. This team focuses on identifying undervalued small and mid-cap companies with solid financial positions and management teams. The analyst will conduct research, analyze industry trends, and communicate investment recommendations to portfolio managers and analysts, contributing to capital gains generation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of related investment research experience
- Strong knowledge of the domestic small and mid-cap consumer sector
- Strong working knowledge of accounting and finance
- Effective prioritization and time management skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, and/CFA preferred
