Job Description
This role is responsible for facilitating and accelerating the implementation of physician services in terms of privileging (practitioner credentialing). The person must be able to manage a broad scope of activities to meet predetermined project deadlines that directly relate to the success of a contract.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred and/or relevant work experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Salesforce and MD Staff software related experience is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with persons throughout an organization, including clinicians
- Project management and organizational skills while being detailed and quality oriented
- Able to assist, direct, and coordinate others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize projects based on urgency of need, with flexibility to accommodate unanticipated changes
- Willingness to follow process and maintain compliance of files
