Job Description
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for daily customer care through communication with internal and external customers and order processing. The role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive customer success.
Requirements
- Conduct ongoing customer and non-customer research
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Create client sample orders, sales proposals, and sales orders
- Work closely with the sales team to avoid aging orders and cancellations
- Manage and communicate with customers via telephone or email
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure product delivery and production completion notifications
- Analyze customer shared data to create a data-informed perspective on customer needs
- Implement training programs for the customer service team
