Job Description
The Director of FP&A will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the division's financial planning process, developing long range targets, and presenting financial analysis to business leaders. They will also lead the annual budgeting process, design and implement a metrics-based forecast, and analyze financial and operational data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and data analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in financial modeling and preparing high quality presentations for senior management
- Strong Project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
- Experience utilizing ERP system and financial planning & consolidation systems
