Job Description
As the Global Head of Procurement - Indirect Category expense, you will develop and execute the global procurement strategy for indirect expense categories, partner with senior leaders and external suppliers, and drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function.
Requirements
- Define and implement the global procurement strategy and policies for indirect expense categories
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect expense categories
- Provide coaching, development, and growth opportunities to strengthen the bench across the organization
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Monitor and report on the performance and savings of the indirect expense portfolio
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to optimize the procurement function
