Requirements
- Creating and reviewing contracts and scopes of work
- Establishing budgets and reviewing in detail to ensure accuracy
- Work with trade partners to establish and maintain relationships critical to the company’s success
- Estimate structural and design options
- Review construction documents
- Assisting all other homebuilding departments; sales, construction, accounting and drafting
