Masonry Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Masonry Estimator to provide high-quality masonry solutions for commercial and residential construction projects, serving as a Project Manager and contributing to administrative operations within our Masonry Division.

Requirements

• Masonry background or experience in estimating masonry projects
• Proficiency in reading and understanding construction blueprints and technical specifications
• Experience with structural block take-offs and full masonry assemblies (stone, brick, block, reinforcing, flashings)
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including managing submittals and issuing POs
• Experience serving as a project manager on construction projects is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
