Requirements
- Join a team that provides consistent, seamless, and high quality guest experiences.
- Actively listen to guests to understand their unique situation and recommend solutions.
- Mastery of call flow and sales process, with empathy and customized storage solutions.
- Utilize all CXC programs including Call Potential, Yardi, LivePerson and VRC.
- Perform other related duties assigned
