Bench Hand / Metal Finisher (Afternoons)

Williams International is a privately-owned company that develops and manufactures jet engines for both military and commercial aircraft applications. The company is seeking a Bench Hand / Metal Finisher to join their team in Pontiac, MI, United States. The role involves operating diverse manufacturing support processes and completing metal finishing processes following detailed instructions.

Requirements

• High School or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience manufacturing small parts
• Ability to read, understand and correctly interpret basic blueprint drawings and follow planning instructions
• Familiar with GD&T specifications and capable of performing basic inspections based on engineering drawings
• Attention to detail, ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
• Demonstrates strong organizational and collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment
• U.S. Citizenship status required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if needed
