Requirements
- Manage all aspects of business operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective rental and safety training service
- Proactively engage customers in dialogue to understand needs and grow customer accounts
- Drive team productivity to meet and/or exceed monthly targets
- Excel the customer experience through high levels of adoption of the customer experience standards
- Understand and effectively manage the business financials throughout the year
- Develop highly engaged teams through effective recruitment, training, and performance management
- Actively promote and instill customer focus throughout all departments and branches
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with HR practices and maintain effective staffing levels
