Requirements

• Manage all aspects of business operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective rental and safety training service
• Proactively engage customers in dialogue to understand needs and grow customer accounts
• Drive team productivity to meet and/or exceed monthly targets
• Excel the customer experience through high levels of adoption of the customer experience standards
• Understand and effectively manage the business financials throughout the year
• Develop highly engaged teams through effective recruitment, training, and performance management
• Actively promote and instill customer focus throughout all departments and branches
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure compliance with HR practices and maintain effective staffing levels
