Asst Store Mgr - Visual, Full Time, Annapolis - Pottery Barn

We're looking for an Asst Store Mgr - Visual to support management team in achieving goals by providing World-Class service. The role involves managing all visual aspects of the business, providing exceptional customer service, and reinforcing customer service principles by coaching staff.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
• Superior critical thinking skills to creatively identify challenges and develop action plans in a timely manner
• Great time management skills and ability to execute multiple tasks and appropriately manage competing priorities
• 2-3 years of previous visual display and merchandising experience or management
• Physical ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 lbs.
