We are seeking a Design Sales Specialist/Home Stylist to inspire customers to express themselves in their home. The successful candidate will utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations and complete sales at the cash wrap.
Requirements
- Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations
- Perform productive in-home consultations
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge
- Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills
- Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
