We are seeking a Design Sales Specialist/Home Stylist to join our team at West Elm in Chicago. As a Design Sales Specialist, you will inspire customers to express themselves in their home, assist with sales, and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders within a variety of sales channels
• Experience in working with the elements of design preferred
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
