The WMOS Production Support Lead plays a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the Manhattan WMOS application in a high-availability production environment.
Requirements
- Lead L2/L3 support for Manhattan WMOS and related warehouse applications.
- Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to design scalable, high-performing solutions for WMS and final mile.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution for critical system issues, ensuring high availability and operational reliability.
- Build and enhance proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms (e.g., ELK, AppDynamics) for improved system observability.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to prioritize and implement critical system improvements.
- Define and implement SOPs, automated workflows, and reporting frameworks to optimize daily operations.
- Ensure seamless inventory movement across DCs, resolving transfer discrepancies, EDI issues, and ASN challenges.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and drive best practices for monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Work closely with vendors (e.g., Manhattan, Savoye) to diagnose and resolve platform-related issues efficiently.
- Strategically plan and allocate system resources across OMS, WMS, and microservices to support business growth and peak readiness.
- Plan and execute DR drills for critical applications (TIBCO, Kafka, WMOS, OMS) while ensuring compliance with IT standards.
