Lead Visual

We are seeking a Lead Visual to provide daily support to the management team and ensure the store meets financial goals and provides World-Class service to guests. The successful candidate will perform operational functions, supervise associates, and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred
• 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred
