Job Description
Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Digital Web Creative to lead the design team in creating captivating web features, emails, and digital assets. This role involves coordinating and supporting creative projects across multiple teams, ensuring brand consistency and efficiency. The team will focus on eCom, Front End, Brand Marketing, Photo Studio, and PR to support business goals and build community.
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital design experience, preferably in retail brands
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing tasks
- Outstanding communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines
- Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality
