As an Accounting Analyst III, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise and mentorship in compiling, analyzing and interpreting financial information for leadership decision-making.
Requirements
- Performs assigned month-end activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, management reporting, SEC reporting and variance analysis
- Prepares, maintains and develops schedules, reports, and analyses for internal/external customers
- Provides requested documentation and clear explanations for audit processes
- Participates in small projects with minimal mentorship and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
- Processes and analyses significant amounts of data, including issues and transactions
- Implements monthly, quarterly, yearly and invoice closing cycles
- Prepares deferred revenue schedules
- Analyzes monthly fluctuations in volumes/activity and explains variances
- Understands and abides by SOX controls
