As a member of the Equipment Reliability team, you will lead enterprise wide reliability solutions for centrifugal compressors, screw type compressors, and large gearboxes. You will analyze performance, develop models to improve reliability and lifecycle outcomes, and establish engineering and procurement standards. The role includes providing technical support for operational issues, managing multiple priorities, and resolving cross functional challenges.
