Technical Specialist (Rotating Equipment)

We're seeking a Technical Specialist with experience in rotating equipment to join our team at Williams. As a rotating equipment-focused Technical Specialist, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair rotating machinery, leading or supporting maintenance planning and execution for mechanical systems. You'll also evaluate equipment performance, review engineering design documents, and train and mentor team members on rotating equipment maintenance and best practices.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with a focus on rotating equipment
• Valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with compressors, turbines, and pumps
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
