The Internship & Residency Director at Willow will shape future ministry leaders, discipled, developed, and championed as they discern their calling and grow into who God has created them to be.

Requirements

• Lead and cast vision for developing the next generation of leaders
• Design transformational experiences that integrate ministry experience, coaching, leadership development, and theological training
• Recruit and develop talent, including interns and residents
• Guide participants from application through completion and provide feedback, evaluation, and clear next steps for growth
• Build partnerships and systems to track growth and continuously improve the program
