Job Description
Willow Creek Community Church is looking for a Students Pastor to lead Junior High Ministry and High School Ministry at the Wheaton Campus, building environments where students can experience God, build friendships, and grow in confidence in their faith.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred (ministry, education, social work, psychology, biblical studies, or related field)
- Experience leading teams and recruiting/developing volunteers
- Experience working with middle and/or high school students
- A proven heart for shepherding and discipling others
