Volunteer Engagement Coordinator

We're looking for a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to help mobilize and support volunteers serving through our Local Compassion & Justice initiatives. This role involves creating experiences for volunteers to feel equipped, valued, and inspired, while delivering programs that support individuals and families working toward long-term stability.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating volunteers, programs, or teams (church, nonprofit, or similar environment)
• Strong organizational and project management skills—you can juggle details without losing sight of the big picture
• A natural ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and build trust
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you solve them
