Job Description
Digital Product Specialist responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online portals and e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience, accurate product information, and efficient order processing.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field
- Minimum three years of experience in eCommerce or portal management
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital merchandising and online customer experience
- Proficiency in analytic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with product information management (PIM) systems
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and project management skills
