Job Description
At WillScot, our team of nearly 5000+ people makes our company a Great Place to Work. We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and coach an in-house team and coordinate with external vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor in a Construction or Manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- College degree preferred (industry experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor in a Construction or Manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean fundamentals is desired
- Knowledge of state/federal requirements, building codes, permitting process, etc. is helpful
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP is Highly Desired but Not Required
