The Production Supervisor leads and coaches an in-house team and coordinates with external vendors to achieve on-time, quality readiness in a fast-paced, construction-oriented environment. The role ensures safety is critical and operations are responsive and agile.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean fundamentals in the manufacturing industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Outlook
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
