The successful candidate will be responsible for structural design supporting Construction Services, Sales, and Operations teams, and the development of future modular building solutions. Requirements

• Non-Licensed Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of engineering production experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer with minimum of 5 years of engineering production experience
• Experience in the design of wood framing and steel framing systems for commercial construction
• Expertise and working knowledge of International Codes - ICC, AISC, and ACI
• Good computer skills, including mastery of key software programs such as CAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite
