Construction/General Liability Litigation Of Counsel

Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking an Attorney with 8+ years of litigation experience to join a seasoned team in Long Island, New York. Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 8+ years of substantial litigation experience
• Experience with insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability
• Demonstrated experience as first and/or second chair strongly desired
• Advanced understanding of NY Construction Law (Labor Law §§200, 240, 241) preferred
• Experience with OSHA proceedings and regulatory compliance preferred
• Background in Corporation Counsel or District Attorney's Office a plus
• Strong business acumen and project management capabilities
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
