Job Description
Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join their high-performing litigation team.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 3+ years litigation experience, including general liability, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense
- Experience in trucking-related litigation, construction/labor law, and/or transportation matters is highly preferred
- Understanding of NY Construction Law (Labor Law §§200, 240, 241) and experience with OSHA proceedings are a plus
- Ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented environment
- Legal project management experience is helpful
