Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney in its Columbia, SC office. The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation matters and understand applicable regulations.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the state of South Carolina
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience with litigation involving general liability, premises, products, transportation, employment, or insurance preferred
• Drafting discovery and pretrial motions experience is a must
• Superior analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Sophisticated technical skills necessary
• Experience handling court appearances, depositions, and trial experience a plus
