Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in TX
• A minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience, preferably with a focus on medical malpractice or healthcare defense experience, preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present legal arguments clearly and concisely
