Requirements

• Defense of privacy lawsuits and data breach class actions
• Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
• Managing strategy and timelines for multiple class action cases
• Preparing and responding to written discovery
• Participating in mediations for class action settlements
• JD from an accredited law school
• Class action litigation experience
• Cybersecurity and data privacy background
