We are seeking a Manager of Technical Projects to lead multiple project lifecycles and deliverables for the firm's most strategic and innovative business services initiatives. The role will involve overseeing day-to-day departmental operations, managing complex technical projects, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years recent experience in a hands-on leadership or project management role within an Information Technology or Business Services department
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisor or management role with direct oversight of support staff
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience leading projects through Agile/Iterative/Hybrid methodologies
- Highly proficient using JIRA software for project and task management
- Experience and preferable certification in Process Improvement Methodology (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
- Expert communicator with exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Subject matter expert in the basics of project management
- Multi-tasker with ability to successfully manage numerous projects and tasks concurrently
- Substantiated experience raising the bar on staff delivery performance and cultivating high performance work environments
