Paralegal

We are seeking a motivated professional to fill a Paralegal position in our Miami office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in case preparation, conduct vital research, and support attorneys in depositions and discovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a strong preference for those with insurance defense experience
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to draft subpoenas and maintain detailed records of received documents
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented, with a keen ability to manage large volumes of case materials
• Tech-savvy with sophisticated technical skills, including proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
