Paralegal - Legal Holds

We are seeking a Paralegal to join a national team supporting a broad litigation portfolio. The role will assist with investigations, matter intake, preserving evidence, and maintaining evidence databases. The position offers a remote working arrangement for candidates located in any state where we have an office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum 1-2+ years litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with legal holds and evidence preservation is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience with collaboration and work management software is a plus
• Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems, including computer-assisted review technologies, is a plus
• Proficiency with data entry
