Rate Coordinator

Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking a Rate Coordinator to support the Director of Pricing and Rate Supervisor with rate inquiries, maintaining rate structures, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of client rates within the firm's financial systems.

Requirements

• Monitor, prioritize and respond to all rate inquiries in a timely manner
• Set up, maintain, and update standard rate arrangements, discounts and fixed-fee arrangements in the billing system
• Review Client engagement letters, Letters of Understanding, Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), and any other client correspondence to interpret rate requirements
• Maintain accurate timekeeper and rate data, perform regular audits, and generate reports to rate compliance, exceptions and approvals
