Job Description
Wilson Farm is hiring a full-time Bakery Sales Associate to join our Bakery Department. This position starts at $18/hour. The ideal candidate is a customer-driven individual with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming customer experience, advising customers on product selection, and processing customer payments. The position also involves stocking and replenishing shelves, general clean up, and other related tasks.
