Community Co-Ordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, and organised person to join our Intensive Travel Training team, part of the wider Community Connecting team, to provide bespoke, sustainable travel training to and from a young person’s place of education.

Requirements

• Working with young people with disabilities, parents and support networks
• Liaising with schools, colleges, Wiltshire Council’s passenger transport team, SEND transport team and other professionals
• Supporting carers and facilitating The Get Connected Project which supports road awareness and safety
