WIN is seeking a dynamic Franchise Partner Manager to serve as the first point of contact for aspiring business owners exploring the opportunity to start their own WIN franchise. This hands-on role involves guiding candidates through a structured discovery conversation, building relationships, and understanding the WIN franchise model. The role requires a proactive individual comfortable with multi-conversation management and a passion for building trust.

- 5+ years of full-time professional experience
